This scheme offers a comprehensive job-matching service for employers with junior or trainee level vacancies to fill.

 

Benefits to employers include:

·        Our matching service is completely FREE of charge.
 ·      You get  £80 per week toward new-starter costs for the first month.
·         You get a £400 grant to help train a new-starter.
·         We provide tailored support to ensure your new starter is successful!

£80 per week financial help
We've sent you someone you like, they start on Monday, things couldn’t be better. Well actually, yes they could. For the first four weeks, we’ll pay a contribution of £80 a week to help make the start period a success. Back to top
 
£400 Training Grant
Candidates supplied by us come with a £400 grant to pay for training that complements your business. Whether it’s IT or book-keeping, First Aid or CSCS, £400 will be winging its way to you as soon as your new employee starts their 13th week.Back to top
Ongoing support
Learning a new job and meeting new people can be a challenging experience for anyone, especially a young person taking their first steps in the world. Companies and young people that use our service will be provided with a mentor to help overcome any issues that arise in the first few months. Alternatively, we can train a member of your existing staff, whichever is of greater benefit to you.Back to top
