Millennium Volunteers is a UK-wide initiative to encourage, support and recognise 16-24 year olds who volunteer their time for the benefit of others.
Millennium Volunteers are young people aged 16-24 who give up their free time to help their local communities. You might find them coaching a school football team, working at a community radio station or helping create a garden for local residents.

Peace Child is a small UK-based International Development charity that is based in Hertfordshire. It works with schools and youth groups in over 100 countries, helping them to develop projects dealing with the environment, street children, the disabled and unemployed. The projects are initiated and carried out by young people.
